Terms & Conditions

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club your membership\" in the Service and may be modified by \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" as needed, such modifications will be effective upon the date of posting to \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\"

1. Eligibility. You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" is void where prohibited. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  2. Changes and Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via email to picklesimer740@yahoo.com. 

3. Standards.  \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" will not accept an advertisements placed with the following:

• is offensive to the members of \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\", such as advertisements that promote racism, hatred or physical harm;
• harasses another person;
• involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailing or \"spamming\";
• promotes information that you know is misleading or promotes illegal activities;
• promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work;
• solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• engages in commercial activities written consent of  \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\"
  

4. Delivery, Frequency and Makegood. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" shall govern, regardless of whether Member is using the services of a third party ad server. If \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" fails to provide the guaranteed number of impressions, \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" will make good on this contract.

5. Key Words and Phrases. \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases. Each advertiser will be given ranking positions based upon the bid they enter on keywords/phrases.

6. Rejections. \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any person or to reject or terminate any memberships for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the member, and whether or not such membership was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

7. Licenses and Indemnification. Member grants \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute member\'s advertisments and collateral information and warrants that Member has the right to grant such license. Member represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\". In addition, Member represents that the member\'s advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) Member\'s breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\" performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of member\'s advertisements or collateral information by \"Friendz247 and/or The Underworld Fight Club\".

8. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL \"FRIENDZ247.COM AND/OR THE UNDERWORLD FIGHT CLUB\"  BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATON, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF \"FRIENDZ247.COM AND/OR THE UNDERWORLD FIGHT CLUB\" HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
